I had the pleasure of working with Tony to purchase my first home, and it was a great experience. Tony was patient with all my questions and gave valuable, honest advice. He was very transparent in his approach and I felt that he really had my best interest in mind. (For example, I was quite pleasantly surprised when he cautioned me against some listings because of their location/layout/interior finish, and I appreciate how he did not try to convince me to consider viewings that I did not like.) When issues arose he was assertive and professional in how he handled the situation, and I truly appreciate all that he did. I would definitely recommend his service to all.

Tony is an exceptional realtor. We were first time home buyers, and Tony walked us through everything in an extremely patient and informative way. He was always candid and direct with us when we went to showings, keeping us aware of things to consider we might have missed, but also respecting our preferences. When it came to negotiating our purchase we really felt Tony had our back and was available for us at any time if we had questions. We are now in our first home and couldn’t be happier. It was a really great experience with Tony. We were purchasing our first home and we were not even clear what we wanted ourselves. Over 8 months of tireless house hunting, from condos to houses, back to condos and finally houses, we learned many aspects of owning a place and finally got a good idea of what we were actually looking for. Tony was extremely patient and helpful along the way. We found our beautiful first house last month and I would like to recommend Tony to all home buyers and wish all to have great experiences like ours!!

Tony took us for a day riding tour in Victoria area. Since we were not living in the Island, he prepared an efficient list of property visit to save us time. He understands priority and buyers preferences. I recommend him for all those who are looking for an efficient and honest realtor consultancy.

What can I say...he is the only real estate agent that I actually like. He is practical, down to earth, listens to our needs, and isn't the type to get impatient. That last bit is hard to come by because almost every other real estate agent I've tried using (6 in total) always tried to push us into bidding $1.5M on houses that were 40 to 50 years old by saying, "this is the reality of the market." My wife and I are economists...even in this crazy market, we know better. The only time he was insistent was when we actually found the house that was perfect for us and had the best value of any other house on the market at the time in Victoria (we closed on the house April 2021). And he was right to be insistent on it because it the house was a bargain (given the market at the time). Everyone that mattered validated his opinion. The home inspectors opinion of the house aligned with Tony's, the assessor that broke down the value of the property was spot on with Tony's judgement...every independent 3rd party backed up his assessment. This demonstrates just how knowledgeable and accurate he is compared to other agents I've dealt with. Also, he is patient. He walked us through the process, and helped us navigate it in as timely of a manner as possible. He was able to answer more questions than what would be expected from even the most seasoned property buyer. This required an amount of patience that is rare given our experiences chasing realestate in both Vancouver and Victoria. Would highly recommend.
