My experience of home buying in the Victoria market from Ontario, which initially felt daunting on many levels, resulted in a profoundly successful life-changing milestone thanks to Tori's representation. From our very first, unhurried call—on a weekend, no less, where Tori explored my home ownership vision, I knew I was in excellent hands. Tori is uniquely dialled in to which Strata properties are managed by progressive Councils, which may have financial exposures re: unresolved remediation issues, and which builders are reputed for delivering the finest of fittings and finishes. Tori did a fantastic job of helping me find the right home, despite a difficult market with very few listings. She never made me feel like I was being "too picky" and always maintained a positive and hopeful tone. She was also quick to point out weaknesses of different properties or their locations, which was especially helpful since I was an out of town buyer moving to Victoria. Tori was a pleasure to deal with, highly collaborative and made the whole process as seamless as it could be! I couldn't be happier with where I landed, love my house and my new neighborhood!
