I've dealt with Trenholme & Company for about 15 years. I've always been happy with their work, never had a problem with my tax returns. I've always found them friendly to deal with and thoroughly professional. If you are self employed, the tax prep fees are deductible. I would recommend this company.
Although I have used Willow in previous years for my personal taxes, this was the first year being business for self and filing as so. Willow explained the process in a way that made sense and made the entire process easy for me. I would definitely recommend her!
As a small business owner, I had been a customer for 20+ years. When I recently did a detailed price comparison with other CPA firms, I found that their fees were over double the other firms. I have moved to another firm. If you want to be grossly overcharged for average service, this is the company for you! I urge all current and prospective customers: do what you would do with a painter or a plumber -- get competitive quotes before signing up with these gentlemen. I am materially poorer for not doing so.
We have now been clients of Trenholme and Company for 15 years and could not be happier. We have worked with both Tim Jackson and Willow Rupert. Excellent customer service and always very prompt in returning calls and email follow up. I was really surprised to see the 1 star review, and that is what prompted me to write this review. It must have been some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. This is certainly not the experience we have had over the past 15 years. Nothing but praise from us.
