The property manager (Nathan) has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Whenever we've had any issues (maintenance, parking, garbage, etc.) they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is kinda rare in landlords. I would definitely recommend renting from Urban Edge Heights. Plus 100% Prime location. Not to mention that the building with a child care and a gym on the ground floor is bonus for every tenants. You will never go wrong with Urban Edge Heights!
We recently moved into an apartment in Urban Edge Heights Building and couldn't be happier with my choice. The unit is modern, big, and well-designed. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality appliances, and the living area is ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. The management team, notably Nathan, is extremely responsive and professional, always willing to assist with any kind of request. The location is also ideal, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores. It's a fantastic area to live in, and I wholeheartedly suggest it to anyone searching for a comfortable and easy urban lifestyle!
I have moved into this building a couple months ago and for the most part I have had a great and pleasant experience. The moving process was great and went way smoother than I could have ever asked. Nathan is super nice, responsive, amazing with getting back to you and making sure your worries are being taken care of. I have some great neighbors and I enjoy the fact that it is a pet friendly building as well. Location is perfect, walking distance to pretty much everything that one could need and it's definitely one of the best places that I've had the pleasure of living at.

These features add to the overall convenience and enjoyment of living here. Responsive Management: The property management team is attentive and responsive to tenant needs. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is friendly and professional.
I had the pleasure of working with Daniela from Urban Edge Heights, and she is by far the most professional person I’ve ever dealt with.
