The gal cleaning my teeth was super sweet. Dentist doing my checkup was very pleasant. Appointment was on time. Possibly a few magazines would of been nice as I was early. Good experience!
Dentistry is expensive, no doubt. But Bruce and Marcus provide a pain free experience with all the new equipment that makes the experience rather enjoyable. Great crew from the front reception all the way to the peeps in the back who gets the job done. Well oiled machine. They do accept payments upon request if you can't pay the full amount. Get your regular checkups/cleanings and it won't be so expensive next appointment 😉
Every visit that I've had to Vic West Dentistry has been a great experience! I usually walk away with some specific ideas that will help to keep my oral health the best it can be. The Hygienists are very careful and thorough. The front desk staff always have a a pleasant welcoming smile and are incredibly efficient. And I love that if you're on a waitlist, they have a system that keeps sending openings until you get an appointment. And I love that they direct bill my insurance company.... very important because it saves a tonne of time!
I was hesitant about going to a new dentist as I haven't always had great experiences, but this place was great! The dentist and hygienist were so gentle! The office is clean and inviting and the staff are wonderful. After my initial check up, I had no anxiety coming back for my cleaning, and that's RARE. I have zero regrets choosing this as my new dental office :)
