Victoria Roofing was excellent. Rob swung by and did an assessment, gave us quotes with various options, sent us addresses of houses that he had done with the colours we were interested in. Communications were always prompt and professional. I was a bit taken aback when there was only one guy on the crew to do our house, but he was awesome and did a terrific job. I work from home and checked in with him each day, he kept me apprised with anything that he found that he thought would be of interest. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and they even accommodated our small child's nap with the order in which they tackled our roof. Our roof looks amazing and I'm extremely happy with the service that we received.
Recently had the roof replaced on our home and we could not be more pleased. Rob, Brendan and all of the other staff were attentive, responsive to our needs, and always available to ensure we were completely satisfied. The work done looks fantastic and of very high quality. For great work and for people that are kind and comfortable to deal with, I totally recommend Victoria Roofing. From the very start, Rob was very friendly and informative and also very thorough and patient with all my questions on several phone calls, back and forth over quite a period of time before they actually began work on our house. Rob has a great attitude and is easy going, as is Brennan, who came out to do the estimate. Brennan was professional and very nice, which stood out among the other individuals I had to deal with from other companies during the initial selection process. And Randy and Alex who did the actual work on our roof, did a great job...they were fast and efficient, know their stuff, have attention to detail and care for their work, very down to earth and just good guys. And Sandra has such a pleasant attitude when helping and dealing on the phone with any questions or concerns. She has the kind of customer service that one would expect from the good old days that isn't easily found much anymore. Good people all around. They care. They do great work.
