We switched dentists and I am so happy we did. The office is new, clean and bright. The staff are very friendly, kind and polite. My kids and I had Kaylee as our hygienist and for someone who is anxious when it comes to my teeth, Kaylee made me feel so at ease and comfortable during the visit and always told me the next step was going to be. They direct bill for military families which is a nice plus. They were also able to recommend an orthodontist for my child. Thank you Westhills dental for welcoming my family. See you all soon!
The ladies greet you with a smile. The office is clean and welcoming. The hygienist is prompt and professional with welcoming you in for your cleaning. When you are getting your teeth cleaned she's making sure you are comfortable and if there's any pain concerns she will address that if needed. Your time in the office is pleasant and when you are done they make sure your next appointment is scheduled and you get a new toothbrush, floss and toothpaste to go home with. I highly recommend them for your dental care and checkup
I've been a patient at Westhills Dental for years and have always had exceptional services from the receptionists, Dr. Russo, and hygienists. They're accommodating, friendly, honest, and very trustworthy. The clinic has improves their practices and tools as new technology and research surface. The Westhill Dental staff are always so kind and welcoming when I come in for my appointment! My hygienist is so sweet and chatty which makes the appointment breeze by. I have had Dr. Russu for a few procedures -- she knows her stuff! She does such a great job walking you through the procedure and is beyond friendly. Overall, only great experiences to share about Westhills! (I also like how clean and bright the clinic is - that is the cherry on top!)
