Once I conveyed the problem to Peter he immediately knew that it was the breaker switch. With his pleasant demeanour he explained the workings of the heat pump and was very patient with my questions.
He recommended a reliable electrician who came the following day to replace the breaker switch. Overall a very constructive visit and job well done.

Highly recommend Westisle Heating and Cooling Ltd. I so appreciate the reminders we receive for upkeep and maintenance, and the technician that came to assess and maintain our heating system was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and made us feel like we were in very good hands. In this cold weather we are having I just had a quick question and called and Nina picked up right away and was so friendly and answered my question and invited me to call back if there were any more concerns with our unit. So nice to know they are there and so available to help. Thank you!

The technician that came to do the servicing on my heat system was amazing. Stephanie took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She cleaned up completely after herself, was good with the dog as well as being very personable all around.

Received excellent service from Westisle Heating in Early January. Bristol was efficient, polite and readily explained the functionalities of our heat pump system. Also, great communication and job coordination from the office team, Tracy and Nina!

Nathan and Cameron (trainee) arrived within the expected time conveyed upon booking. Nathan was very accommodating to answering many questions I posed to him re our heat pump, which was much appreciated. They conducted a "system" annual check and displayed professionalism.
