I’d like to point out the excellent service I received today from Megan, one of the grocery managers. I had a minor issue with the food from the hot bar and she went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She was polite, kind and was extremely helpful. I sincerely hope that this review is forwarded to the store manager and area manager - she deserves some credit and a promotion!

Whole Foods was great! Store was very clean. Had a great selection of organic good and amazing produce! Lunchmeat counter was sparse with not much selection though. A little on the pricey side as well. Will visit again.

Spacious and clean store with a variety of options. They have regular specials on different items which is great, but you will find the cost of certain items to be quite high. If you know your prices, you can do okay here. Shop the deals and fill the gaps elsewhere. Keep in mind, not everything here is healthy and there’s still a large amount of processed foods. I would love to see more low sugar/gluten free options that aren’t the exact same as other grocery stores. Fun to t try different things but some are hit and miss. Ex: bakery sourdough bread didn’t taste traditional like other brands - no sour taste.
Overall, it has the variety of everything and is a pleasant place to shop. Worth checking out to see for yourself!

My first visit to this Whole Foods was wonderful. I know the joke about them being called Whole Paycheque, but I beg to differ. Prices were the same as my local Thrifty’s and in one case considerably lower: Instead of $8 for a tub of Olympic yogurt, it was $6 so I snapped up two of those. Also, the produce was top quality and they have cool things like Rainier cherries. I was also delighted to find some amazing cheeses and spreads for an upcoming event. The store was super clean and the cashier was extremely friendly. Wish I lived closer so I could shop there more frequently.

The Hot Bar is 5 Stars Excellent; the food is phenomenal! The hot bar chicken vindaloo keeps bringing me back for more. Kudos to the kitchen staff for outstanding food prep! The rest of the store is pretty awesome, as well. I find the produce fairly priced and always in excellent condition. The variety of dairy and dry goods is great as well. The olive bar is a treat for sure. And the staff are always friendly and helpful. I hope this location never leaves Victoria. It's the only grocery store I enjoy spending time in.
