Winnie supported me as I searched for my first apartment. Winnie Wu helped my friend with the purchase of a townhouse recently. Through our dealings with her, we found that Winnie is very honest. She did not attempt to hide any negative observation of the place being viewed and made it known to us her opinion. We met Winnie in one of her open house. By that time, we were looking for an ocean view house. Half a year later, Winnie told us that she found an Ocean View house within my budget in Gordon Head. We were fascinated by the oceanic view and the privacy of that house. Then Winnie started to search for the related geographic information. She found that the bank was eroding and it would shrink 1-2 meters every ten years, which posts a potential danger and devaluation to the house. Thus she recommended that it was better not to buy it. By this thing, we realized that Winnie is a very responsible person. She puts customer’s interest at the 1st place rather than her own business. In the following 2 years, we continued to bother Winnie to view many houses in Sidney, Central Sannich, Victoria and etc. and she never pushed us. We became friends somehow. She also gave us lots of advices about how to get along with neighbors. Late last year, we discussed with her about the real estate market and she thought it was a good chance to sell our old house in Oak Bay. The selling process was quite smooth and Winnie made it a great deal. Overall, Winnie is a very professional, responsible, objective, patient and easy-going realtor.
